2020 CPR SLC Half Marathon Training
We created a 2020 SLC Marathon training group in Facebook.
This is where we will announce group runs separate from the I Need CPR Weekly runs. Let's support each other and a great time. We will use the Hal Higdon training guide. For more information, please check out the link below.
These are the training plans (Novice 1, Novice 2, and Intermediate 1) from Hal Higdon 1/2 marathon training plans. Based on these training plans. The first long run will be on Feb 1, 2020
Join us for Craft Pub Runners OFFICIAL 10K (Week 9 in training for SLC Half Marathon). It's FREE or $10 Charity Donation. We will use ALL profit to buy diapers and donate them to homeless shelter in SLC. We'll have bibs and time you on your way to testing your progress toward your goal for the SLC Half Marathon Race.
